ChoColate ChipS Bread Pudding with Biscuit Crumbs

There are a lot of Pudding version , though to have some changes as i need a simple cook for our picnic outing shoot . Thinking of kids will love some sweet chocolate and of course pudding is the best and easier to cook as my time is so limited that day.

250g stale bread, cut into 3cm cubes
100g chocolate chips
3 eggs
40g soft light brown sugar
250mi full-fat milk
4 teaspoons caster sugar
100g unsalted butter
50g biscuit crumbs

use ovenproof dish approx.23cm diameter x 6cm deep

♥ Preheat oven to 200'c , Grease a round pie dish lightly with some planta or butter.

♥ Tip in the stale bread cubes: Toss in the chocolate chips to spread evenly among the bread cubes.

♥ Whisk together the eggs , light soft brown sugar , and milk . Some people used double cream to do it am skipping the cream as i already used the milk u guys can used it as it might be tasted a bit creamy.

♥ After whisk , pour it mixture over the bread and press the cubes down to coat them in the liquid. It's doesn't matter if the bread looks like pop up as it will be nice after that.

♥ Leave all this to soak for 20 Minute, then sprinkle again with the light brown sugar and a biscuit crumbs .

♥ Put into oven for 40 minute .
