And thanks allah , day by day giving me the idea for everything that i made goes well as i wish and i pray. Reading is not enough as need to be practically do it with more confident and of course with lots of the love , i think that is the most important key for cooking in the kitchen and also baking. Love is so tender, the way we bake it as pure as our heart , the best we make it better for other.
This cake is actually a recipe from Nigella recipe book but i've made some changes from the recipe as usual i love to made in my way. Kinda worry a bit it become marbling a bit while in the oven but its ok for the last result is better as am using the water bath technique to smooth it over after last 10 minute later. That was me always giving my 1st try for my cheese baking recipe . Funny thought even got a such good recipe book but i still wanna try my own way.
