Ntah la knp , pssttt.. this is my 1st time buat tart hahaha.. funny rasanya tapi pengalaman 1st time sentiasa best , masa ni i just awake from sleep and then terus buat berpandukan youTube jer la org tu pun cakap bahasa cina nasiblah kiter faham kan ... So just try and done it. nak kata perfect tu tak la tapi alhamdulilah rasanya agak sedap. so next time wish me luck , bak kata pepatah "budak budak baru belajar la katakan. " its crispy and until now saya terfikir-fikir mcm mana saya buat jadi crispy , so lets try again nest time hihi and wish me luck.
For Pastry:
200g Tepung
50g icing sugar
1 biji telur
100g butter
1. Masukkan tepung , gula dan butter kemudian uli .
2. Masukkan telur uli sebati
3. Adun doh tadi , (2 thumbs) kemudian cucuk mengunakkan garfu pada doh
4. simpan di peti ais selama 30min
Inti -telur
3 biji telur
Susu
Whipping cream
air suam
Esen vanila
white sugar
1. Campukan kesemua bahan inti tadi
2. keluarkan doh dar peti ais dan bentukkan kemudian tuangkan inti
3. bakar selama 20-25min
